Beginner Kickboxing


In this class you’ll learn step-by-step how to throw a punch and kick and then put them together in calorie-burning combos for a total body workout. Combining the cardio and conditioning exercises will also help you increase energy, enhance flexibility and improve muscle tone, as well as promote healthy weight loss.
